Sage Alerts and Workflow is a virtual assistant that helps Sage 100cloud customers monitor their data to be aware of critical activities and to better respond to clients. It can be used to send an alert when inventory reaches a certain level or notify a customer of a change to their order. Using the workflow module, routine task can be automated to send reminder message to past due clients or automate the sending of monthly AR statements. Sage Alerts can automate the generation and delivery of key reports to helps management make more informed decisions using real-time data.
